Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues related to government contracts and procurement.

Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to business development.
Knowledge of international business practices and cross-cultural communication.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in business development, such as CRM software, project management tools, and analytics tools.
