To subscribe to the share capital of other cooperative institution as well as other public sector enterprises as and when considered necessary for fulfilling the objectives of Swaraj Federation of Multipurpose Cooperative Society:

• The authorized share capital of the Federation is Rs.50, 00,000.00 – divided into 1000 shares into Rs.5, 000/- each.
• The “FEDERATION” at Its General meeting may from time to time increase the authorized Share capital by creation of new shares of such number and amount as may be demand expenditure with the prior approval of the Central registrar.
