Introduction:

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the terms and conditions of Vendor or Public Business Associates in Swaraj Federation of Multipurpose Cooperative Society (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). By becoming a Vendor or Public Business Associates of the Cooperative Society, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Vendor or Public Business Associates Eligibility:

To become a Vendor or Public Business Associates of the Cooperative Society, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Be at least 21 Years Old.

2. Complete the registration application process.

Vendor or Public Business Associates Benefits:

As a Vendor or Public Business Associates of the Cooperative Society, you will be eligible for the following benefits:

Vendor or Public Business Associates Fees:

Vendor or Public Business Associates in the Cooperative Society requires payment of a one-time 25,000.00/- INR (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees Only) per year.

Use of Services:

Vendor or Public Business Associates agree to use the services provided by the Cooperative Society in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Cooperative Society.

Termination of Vendor or Public Business Associates:

Vendor or Public Business Associates in the Cooperative Society may be terminated by either the member or the Cooperative Society under the following circumstances:

1. Voluntary resignation by the Vendor or Public Business Associates.

2. Termination by the Cooperative Society for breach of these Terms.

Liability:

The Cooperative Society is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by Vendor or Public Business Associates in connection with their use of the services provided by the Cooperative Society, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Cooperative Society.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will publish the updated Terms on our website. Vendor or Public Business Associates are encouraged to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
